Finished day 1 of my first workout series on beach body. I realized I definitely need a thick workout mat because my knees are DEAD from my laminate floor, and that blanket just wasn't cutting it 😅😅😅

Yes! I lost a lot of weight and toned up doing those workouts! I’m actually starting a new 21 day fix on Friday!

Omg 2 days in and my legs are feeling it 😅😅 do you recommend any of their other workouts? I just signed up this week I figured I'd start with 21 day fix then go from there lol

@maddykilgore, that’s my main go to. When I don’t get sore anymore I do the 21 day fix extreme. I like the 30 minute workouts because as you know with kids it’s hard to have a lot of time.
