Moms who do BLW what does your 9 month old eat? My daughter now has her two bottom teeth but i didnt do BLW with my son so i have no vlue what we should be giving her. Shes been eating steamed carrots, mashed potatoes, steamed green beans and peas. Also unsalted crackers and baby puffs too along with her formula. I just need more ideas for what she can eat safely. Can she do pasta cut up real small? We eat pasta a lot but im hesitant to give that to her.

I love following this mom when my kids were little! I still get recipes off her! You have to scroll down a bit but she does a great job showing what and how to give. It encourages self feed and helps them learn their likes, dislikes and how much before they get full. Instagram and Pinterest are great resources.

My daughter still has just 2 bottom teeth. She eats everything but steak. lol I have no idea how 😂.
She can have anything you all are eating except for honey. You don't use your front teeth to chew food so teeth won't matter right now. Put your finger in the back of her gums and let her bite 🤣 those gums are strong!
@insecureemu, ahh okay my friend does BLW and her lo is just a month older than mine she started at six months but oh my am I scared lol
@amazinglimama the biggest thing is being able to sit up, unassisted. In my own experience, starting with breakfast foods is what I would recommend. Pancakes or toast, scrambled eggs, sausage.
Look up the FB page baby led weaning for beginners, it's nice seeing videos of other babies the same age doing just fine with it and will help with the confidence lol.

My daughter ate spaghetti and meatballs (cut up) at 6 months old. With 0teeth!
Now it's her favorite. 😂😂
