House because i grew up in one and i feel like it would be more solid than a house or townhouse

Our first home was a town home and now we have a single family home. I love my townhome it was a perfect starter home for us. We bought it before having kids and we had some killer parties in our basement bar but then with 2 kids we outgrew it for sure. I never ever wanted to have kids in an apartment, we lived in an apartment for 10 years before buying our first home and it was cool when we were young but I’d seriously hate to have kids there. U could literally hear every move of every neighbor it sucked and I couldn’t wait to get out of there! I’m so happy we did things the way we did though. Got all 3 of these things under our belt lol.

I love townhouses. Because its more like having a tiny home but not so much a one floor apt. I love ours.
