Yeah i second this i started putting coconut cream on my nipples about a month before i gave birth and then twice a day while i exclusively pumped . (I pumped 4 hours a day for a year) I never had cracked or bleeding nipples.

Oh I liked coconut oil for my nipples better then nipple cream. I felt it worked so much better
