Last night I drove 3 hours to drop my daughter off at my sisters house so she could spend the weekend and attend her (future) cousins bday party today.
Then I drove 3 hours home.
My sister just called me and said literally NO kids showed up for the party. She had only 4 people actually RSVP out of 26 to her, 2 of which said “yes” but then didn’t show after all.
I’m so glad I drove my daughter over!
We have to alwayssss remember to RSVP, evennnn when it’s a “no”.

That’s terrible! I would have been contacting the people who didn’t RSVP

Oh no! That’s the worse. Where did you go?
I dropped her off with my sister in Modesto
@jennatess, I was in Delhi last weekend. I think Delhi is 15 minutes away from Modesto. I might be going back next weekend.

What’s annoying is it was the kids in her class. So she didn’t have contact numbers. 🤦🏼♀️.
My daughter got invited to a party that was today at the same time. I rsvp’d as soon as I got back to Nevada from my illinois trip and saw the invite. I thanked her, but told her we had a family bday party to attend. She was like, “thank you!! You’re the ONLY person who’s contacted me, and the party is tomorrow!”
I hate when people don’t RSVP. It’s sooo rude!
So rude! Proper event etiquette has gone out the window, and I’m so aggravated about it. It’s okay to say “no” but for the love of God, let the person know!
