Calling all baking mamas roll call on who’s made banana bread?! How difficult is it scale from 1-10 do you have a go to recipe? This mamas never made it but I’m stepping out to be a baker for this beauty. Let’s hear what you got

— that's my go to recipe. I leave out the chocolate chips and I bake it in a 13x9 glass pan

— I’ve never seen it with chocolate chips yum but my kids wouldn’t have it

— I think it’s pretty easy and I’m not the biggest fan on baking! Lol the mushing of the bananas is what takes me the longest

— Easiest ever. Ingredients * 2-3 ripened bananas (peeled) * 3/4 cup sugar * 1 tsp baking soda * 1/8 tsp vanilla extract * 1 1/2 cups flour * 1/2 stick butter (softened) * 1 egg * 1 pinch salt * 1/4 cup crushed pecans (optional) Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
 2. Add bananas into a medium size mixing bowl and smash with a fork.
 3. Soften butter in the microwave for about 25 seconds 4. Add sugar, baking soda, vanilla extract, flour, butter, egg, salt & pecans to mixing bowl.
 5. Spray a bread loaf pan with non stick cooking spray.
 6. Pour contents of mixing bowl into the pan and place in the oven for 50mins. If I have chocolate chips on hand then I’ll add some of sprinkle some on top before baking.
