Anyone else get nipple pain? Not constant. Off an on. My left nipple has been doing this the past couple days. Not pregnant. Have the nexplanon birth control. It’s so irritating. Not sure if it’s my period or if it could be because I’m ovulating because my BC made my cycles all out of wack.

It makes me want to rip my nipple off lol. Did you find anything to help it? It isn’t as bad as this morning but it’s still irritating.
