Anyone have any ideas how stop a nail biter? 😭 In the beginning I was l was ignoring... Then it became more fingers and a few people noticed so I started asking him not to do it, tried explaining they are dirty and about germs. Today I asked him not to do it and he turns away like he is hiding and does it or acts like he is doing it....I think I'm going to go back to not saying anything and just trim them every couple of days 😭😭😭

I'm sorry but probably not much. I was a nail biter my whole life up until a few years ago, when I randomly stopped. I didn't even realise til I noticed one day I had long nails. Me and everyone around me, tried every tip, trick, lotion and potion to get me to stop with no avail. Only thing you can do is just keep calling it out when you see him doing it.

@scidg3 🤞 I hope so! As I said just keep on top Every time you see him put his fingers near his mouth. Hopefully if you can break it now, he'll stop.
Get some lemon juice and I'm not sure where to get it at but someone I know said they got some spray and did there kids and it's an awful taste. They put it on there in the mornings and when they saw them doing it.
