Nurse and pump as much as possible. The more milk removed from the breast the more often, the more milk produced.

Try a mini fast

I didn’t do anything specific. Just drank a lot of water (was thirsty all the time so that was easy) and let baby be on me (skin to skin) all the time. He didn’t nurse for 7-8 weeks so I had to pump but thankfully didn’t run into supply issues.

Some lady offer me a beer on time and said it would help.
