I think it’s really weird that my midwife can always tell exactly how the baby is positioned and where the head is but my dr always has to search for the heartbeat and tells me she’s not sure of head position. I trust my midwife more than drs at this point.

I used only a midwife last time and preferred that experience quite honestly. We’ll see how it goes this time.

I will take a midwife over a doctor ANY DAY. Currently on the search for one to see me with this pregnancy. My other midwife moved away a few days after y son was born...
Midwifes study stuff like that specifically, doctors are more trained for general knowledge and emergency care. I wish I had a midwife with my daughter.
