QUESTION: Any mamas that work making a decent income apply for government assistance (Medi-Cal, CalFresh, WIC, etc) what was your experience? I only know of people applying who don’t work and receive those benefits but am curious on the process if you work.

I’m a case worker here in California. It’s income based. What is your gross monthly income?(include your income and S/O) do you pay rent/mortgage? How much money is in your bank account? You can’t have more than $2000 combined in all your bank accounts.

make too much for any programs
I got wic while pregnant because I didn't have insurance through my job at the time so that made me qualify
I get wic and that's we make to much for the rest
