So tonight was the start of me sleep training Noah.
Well he got himself that worked up he decided to stop breathing as he couldn't catch a breath 🤦♀️ so I've decided to sit outside his room for a couple of nights and slowly move away and see if this helps him.
I'm all for letting him trash the place and cry but I think I just have to do this slowly now

Whatever works best for you and your baby 💕 it’s nice to hear you’re putting him and his feelings first, good luck and I hope it isn’t too traumatic for the two of you. I know I can be emotionally draining
