@olivia_monique, back labour is the worse I had this no pains at the front all in my back , standing helped me threw my contractions but nothing I did could I get comfortable it does sound like ur body is getting ready hun I don’t think u will go full term u sound exactly like I did xx

Got bath, painkillers and keep moving if you can and get someone to rub your back in laboured all in my back until last 30 mins and back is worse for sure xxxx

I found walking or shall I say pacing the house worked for me I couldn't sit still... or pain got worse. Just kept walking, want gravity to do it's part. Don't lay down as this slows labour. Stay up right let gravity bring bubs down xxx good luck, all the best

How far along were you when you had Lily?
Definitely keep an eye on them, and if they get any worse give them a call and see what they say xx

@kerryy23, its horrible pain! I haven contacted the hospital as I've had a few pains these past two days and I'm just waiting for them to get abit more intense xx

Bath. A hot water bottle, keep moving hun, you want to bring the baby down hun x

I had awful back labour with Kylan a warm bath helped a little but not much else apart from getting OH to rub the base of my back really hard in a circular motion.. (he actually did it for about 10 hours straight the night I was in labour 😂) have you phoned the hospital hun? X
