@girlmom. I've found pudding and yogurt both are great as firsts especially for a child with reflux, both have sugar free options and dairy free. I don't use premade baby food so you can always add fruits to it for a healthy combo. If you want to make it at home just replace milk with almond milk and you're good to go.

It’s sugar free pudding cup, she’s eating some soft regular foods along with baby food, she’s totally fine. She’s been eating some solids since 4 months and she’ll be 6 months in 3 days.
