Hi! I’m Megan...I am a mom to a very active 3-year-old boy. When I’m not busy mommy-ing, I like to drink wine, socialize, laugh, eat, basically anything! I’m hoping to find someone to talk/vent with, go out with, have play dates with, etc. I’d love to have a close (non judgmental) Mom friend who understands the struggles of parenting!

Oh man I feel you! We moved from Oak Forest last year, but we were renting our old house so this is our first house we actually own, and it’s definitely pricey out here! We were looking at houses in Plainfield too cause they are really nice and much more affordable! That’s nice you have family that watches you kids! My mom watches my son one day a week, and the other 2 he’s in daycare. I work Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and will usually head in on Saturdays for a few hours too
@megankane87, I do! I moved to Plainfield honestly only because New Lenox/Mokena housing is too expensive. 😖
I have to commute to New Lenox often cause all my family is still out there and we go to church out there, so I kinda still consider that area to be “my town,” but I just have my house in Plainfield lol. My kids are actually in New Lenox right now cause my family watches them during the week while I work!
