Update on the pain in my chest the pain has subsided after I took my bra off??? It could be that I have just outgrown it and it was pinching some kind of nerve idk🤷🏽♀️ I’ll go braless for a day or two praying the pain stays away

@mommynmotion I did too I went from a 38 to a 42, but it was weird cuz it never looked like i got wider
@langwell615, yeah I have non existent breast before pregnancy so I haven’t realized just how badly I need a bra that fits and it’s not even just my breast are lager but I think I’m getting wider too😭
That happened to me a lot. I didnt realize how compressed my boobs were until I took my bra off and got relief. I went thru 4 bra sizes til it got comfortable again
If it's a reproducable pain it's usually not the heart. Could very well be the bra.
