My itty bitty is here ladies! Welcome to the world miss Nyliah Rose🌹 Weighing 5lbs and 15oz and 18 1/2 inches long. Checked in at 9:30 am and delivered her at 12:58pm. Labored alot at home, I was 5cm when admitted. I had IV meds and bounced on the peanut ball. Pushed two times. I'm in love😍 Thanks ladies for the nice words and prayers😚

@busybee818 I was high risk for pre term labor and went into preterm labor at 34 weeks but with meds was able to stop contractions. My body prepares for labor early so I don't do anything to get my cervix to dilate. I have heard walking, membrane sweep, nipple stimulation, and sex can help.

She's so pretty, congratulations! Do you have any tips on how to get the dilation going? My baby is low and I have a soft cervix but I'm not dilated at all. I've been doing the usual, walking a lot and being active but nothing.
