Non-scale victories are my favorites!! Today I put a pair of pants on that just wouldn’t stay up and so when I changed into something else I put on a maxi skirt I haven’t worn since I was pregnant and holy moly is it huge on me! Even pre-pregnancy it didn’t fit this loose!!! I never how much my life would change when I took the leap to become a coach and dove head first into this nutrition program. There are truly no words to describe how good I feel. I’ve never had much confidence until now, it is radiating through me like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. That feeling of loving yourself and knowing you are someone who deserves good things is priceless. Feeling like a woman again and discovering a whole new side of myself is so empowering. I feel like I can conquer anything that comes my way and I am determined to do just that. Friyay indeed!!
