I was told it was unnecessary to have a full bladder, but take a cold water bottle, that gets baby moving.

@yvelid, ok cool because I was told to drink lots of water for a clear picture but then I was told not to drink slot because it distorts and someone told me orange juice so the baby moves lol I’m like hmmm what should I do
