Leg pain question

So I am 37+4 and have had terrible edema in my legs, ankles, and feet for a few weeks now. I know that I need to keep an eye on signs of a blood clot. One of the signs to look for is pain in your leg and all day I've had a super achy right leg. It's not necessarily painful (doesn't hurt to touch or put pressure on) but just sitting on the couch elevating my legs is uncomfortable because of the ache.
