breastfeeding question

So as u ladies know my twins can't nurse because of them having cleft. I'm still pumping for them and they r 4 months old and I'm very happy for myself for getting this far.

First, you are amazing for pumping this long for two babies. Your kids are very lucky to have you!
Second, I would think it should be possible with a nipple shield. Maybe a little confusing at first, but possible. Do you hold them close to your breast when you feed them?
