Help!

Hello I'm 39 weeks tomorrow and I've been walking, having sex, birthing ball and I'm still only at 1cm. What to do? I'm scared to ask for a membrane sweep because my doctor never talked about it, do I just ask or play the waiting game. I don't think I'm going to dilate any more.
