Yes it's fine, I wouldn't be too concerned about it until he's 1 & still unable to fully crawl or walk. My oldest army crawled like that & just went straight to walking.
Is it OK that he doesn't use the left as much to pull him self around, like I said mostly uses it to hold himself up?
