It can also be fullness/pressure if it's moved up into the bladder :)

Hun that sounds like a UTI go see your Dr!
Yeah... I had two spanning 7 years and I never had issues like that. I'd definitely get that checked out.
Not that I remember. I've had mine since January so it's been a couple months but I feel like I would have remembered that. I would call your dr or go see your dr to et checked just in case and make sure it's still in there right.
