Save my Teen Marriage
Did anyone watch this Real Life last night? I'm just finishing it up now. It's an interesting concept with the hall pass. Teen marriages have such high failure rates, that I wonder how this "hall pass" will fair for them. I can't honestly imagine a teen marriage surviving this.

I saw a post on here the other day about "falling out of love" and I meant to recommend the book, but I never made it back to the post.
?
I recommend it every chance I get. It was a huge eye opener for the both of us.
I too love Five Love Languages!
I ❤️ The Five Love Languages, @bookworm.
My husband and I were a teen marriage. I was 18 and he was 19. It was a roller coaster to get where we are now. We had a lot of problems in the beginning to the point that we needed help. We got individual therapy as well as marriage counseling. We read the 5 love languages together and together we made our marriage work. I can honestly say we are SO much better for it. It's a whole different relationship now from when we first married. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary in March.
I can tell you right now a hall pass would have been a huge no no for us. We would be divorced for sure.
I'm almost 29 and not married. I don't belong here ?
I've been married since 17...I'll be 23 in august and i didn't need no hall pass.
Marriage still going strong?
Chavez...if you have any cable provider but charter ? you can watch MTV shows on their app
I hope to be nauseating too so no hate from me haha
I always miss the good shows ? lol
I hope my kids call me nauseating when they are adults ???? for real. Good for your parents.
I come from a culture where teen marriages are pretty normal. Years ago the majority worked out just fine, but the divorce rate has went up for us A LOT.
My mother was actually only 16 when her and my father got married and their still so in love its nauseating haha.
True Life^^
I knew the minute that Rasheda flew out to sleep with the other guy she had been talking to that the marriage wouldn't survive..... I understand they had a hall pass but I mean come on someone who can put there husband out of there mind so quickly in my opinion shouldn't be married.....
In my opinion marriages are set up for failure these days teen or adult.... because to many people go into a marriage thinking hell if it doesn't work I'll just get a divorce I don't need to put up with that s*** .... alot of people who get married don't realize that actual work is involved in keeping a marriage together ..... I hear so many people saying it's 50/50 I feel like you need to give your all 100% to make it work and at times when your partner isn't giving there all you have to pick up there slack aswell....
I was hoping so too. The post script said that they were co-parenting so that's at least a positive.
