@k.pugatschew my aunt had that issue too with every prenatal she tried (eventually settled on some prescription one, can't remember the name) but I took mine after eating some yogurt and haven't had any stomach issues so far, about three hours later.

I use the Nature's Bounty with additional Omega 3s added. It's been working for me so far! If like me you get nauseous when taking them, either take them at night so you sleep through it, or take them with orange juice. 😊🍊 good luck!

All prenatal vitamins are pretty much the same. You can buy any brand you want or ask for a prescription. Either way as long as you're taking it youre good. Some women prefer the gummy type and others prefer smaller size because first tri is brutal to swallow pills. There are many out there for you to find the right one for you.
