So doctor said baby head is not engaged into the birth canal the right way that’s what’s stopping me from going into labor and the reason I keep having false labor so I have to figure out how to get him to move his head over a little to we can get labor started and not have to get a c-section

Go to spinningbabies.com. There are a lot of exercises and positions that can help get baby in optimal position. Also, Google the miles circuit. If possible a Webster certified chiroprator can do wonders. They actually have higher success rates than the external versions that a doc can do. Source:I'm a doula :-)

@ladyblauvelt.skysmomma, nope he have to on his own or ima have get an c-section but she told me to try getting on my hands and knees and see if I can help him move hopefully it works

This happened to me! I was contracting back to back but dilating was taking FOREVER turns out she had the cord wrapped around her neck twice and wasn’t fully engaged in the birth canal. I ended up with a c section.
That's what happened with me, my sons head wasn't going into the birth canal properly and was crooked which stopped me from dilating all the way, unfortunately I did end up needing a csection but I'm hoping otherwise for you. Isn't there a way the doctor could possible turn the babies head a little or no?
