@mumof2, the only thing I will say is to be mindful or some fruits because of the sugar/carbs. Not it all of course. And don't forget to indulge in the bad stuff from time to time!

You would have to be mindful of the pasta and all the cream and butter that was used to make it.
It would say a small amount would be okay, but try and fill up on more veggies and protein if you can. It's also okay to indulge a little! Just don't over do it.
