Mine never went away either until I quit breastfeeding. 🙁 we just kept passing it back and forth. I had to stop but I never pumped. I should've until it was gone. Sterilizing is key too. Sterilize binkys, bottle nipples, toys all of it until it's gone.

Both! Im breastfeeding and we've both been taking this Nystatin for damn near a month. It's not doing anything
