Waiting to hear back from my DR office... been having this period like cramping for the past 2-3 hours it doesn't really seem to have a patterned just hurts worse when I'm sitting down instead of standing up. Any idea what it could be?

Did your dr get back to you? Or did it stop? You may be in early labor...not to scare you...
