Hey moms I'm 32 weeks pregnant and I just took my blood pressure and it was 92/64 with a pulse at 131 but I was resting the whole time no running around or anything should I be concerned? Also feeling light headed shakiness and sick to my stomach followed by pain and pressure in my belly ?
