Ladies. My son just got his four months shots yesterday and today its so swollen, hard and hot to the touch.. Never in the three kids I've had have I seen this..should I be concerned?

Well its doing the same thing it did when I got the tdap shot when I was pregnant..

Def call your pediatrician! Then likely baby tylonol , mine always gets a little fever and tired/cranky. Never hard, swollen though...
