So I'm 37weeks and my baby boy has fluid in one of his kidneys. The doctor says it's common and will go away on its on but I don't feel like it's too common.. does anyone else know about this?

Yes my son who is now 8 month old had fluid in both the kidneys.. but it became normal once he came out..
