regular ants idk what color, I just looked at it it looks infected now I'm worried 😣😞.

What kind of ants were they? Some ants have just a little venom in their bites that cause swelling and irritation. It's pretty normal. Especially in babies since their bodies aren't used to fighting off that kind of thing yet.

Just keep an eye on it in case it gets worse, and maybe put some anti itch cream on it for now. 😊
