i used my belly band the hospital gave me after my csection for a week after being home with my first pregnancy, i bounced back within a month after. my second csection, i didnt. and it took me 8 months to finally get a flat stomach and back down to my pre pregnancy weight.

I used something from baby's r us. I can't remember what it was called but it was like a big rubber band spanx material and it just held everything in postpartum. It was great

I didn't I used girdles though!
