Anyone get round ligament pain during their pregnancy? Mine is more in my vag😪 When did it stop and how did you relieve it? Will squats help?

yes me too! heating pads do help too. I even take hottish baths. Tylenol doesn't seem to help me.

@allyk.xmommy mines is on the right side of my groin. Soooo painful. The dr said Tylenol and a heating pad. I can't even toss in bed without almost crying
I have it. it's like I'm my groin area and just below my hips. so sore. stretching helps but it gets worse before it gets better. I even ice it
