I get that too. My husband always ruins surprises somehow so I don't bother. Last yr i got a new coffee machine and was gonna surprise him. Then we went to walmart and he was trying to buy one. I was trying to think of every reason to talk him out of it. Didn't work, so I had to tell him I had one wrapped in the damn closet. I was so mad.

not a damn thing. his money is my money and mine is his. we usually just spend money on something that we can both use for the house etc like a new coffee maker etc. lol
