I have had a terrible headache and my nose has been stuffed up, I think it's just my sinuses. Anyone know what medications I can take? I usually just let sicknesses run their course when I get them but I'm afraid it's not just my sinuses and the baby will get sick.

Zinc and vitamin C! Zicam is totally safe for breastfeeding. I always combine the two and it knocks whatever crud I have right out of me. Haven't had a cold for more than 2 days in 5 years! Hope you feel better 😃
