Trying to breastfeed as long as possible... Started freezing milk but trying to figure out a routine I'm nervous if I pump first Im going to empty out my boob so when he latch he won't get full 😩 I want my milk to keep flowing but I'm not getting the hang of this yet I'm only getting about 2 -2.5 oz to freeze really don't wanna put him on formula

@squish_mommy0726, i feel the same way...i went out last night and was shocked she only ate 2oz ....when shes with me she eats non stop🙄. I had to throw out other 2 oz i was so mad
Yess I just wanna make sure he has enough when I go back to work this boy is a chunk lol all he do is eat @bradleys

See I need that flow @bradleys I'm getting better I been getting 12 oz a day .... Aiming for at least 18
I found not nursing on one side through the night ( my daughter gets up often) and pumping in morning on that side and then after evening hot shower works for me..i get about 4 oz and i have a freezer stash of over 80 oz for insurance. I go back to work mon. I pray i can pump enough.. I only pump 20 min a day now cause i hate it
Yea I've been doing that too because of my let down ... I just wish I would produce more so I can freeze more because I'm trying to go back to work soon @arivera64 I read if you empty them out then you will produce more so I been trying to keep them empty
