I had them the other day quite strong. I wouldn't say they hurt, just more like really uncomfortable. Xx

It depends some people don't feel them at all whereas others have really strong braxton hicks. Mine are really painful sometimes and then other times I hardly feel them. Try changing positions or using a birthing ball if it gets too much :) x

Yes I swear it's been the day for it I had 8 within 50 mins earlier quite strong build up and lasting a min and uncomfortable then die down but baby was hyper today too. Which sets them off as I have a irritable uterus but I see a few ladies have had a few today too oddly lol
