Hello ladies I have a question for those who have gone through this... I have been feeling period like cramps come and go through out the day but don't last to long I'm 28w and 4days... I'm begging to get concerned but not sure what it might be..

I have heavy discharge (sorry tmi) ... I think they are Braxton hicks but I'm not sure it's my first pregnancy so not sure what to be alarmed for
It's mostly likely Braxton Hicks. I experience a lot cramping feelings and have since about 27-28 weeks. Unless you get more than 4 per hour or they are accompanied with anything like back pain as well as cramps, bleeding, heavy discharge, etc, you need not worry. :)
