I didn't use one with my first and I wasn't going to with this baby either but I tried after her screaming in the car for 20 straight mins, she spit it out so guess I'm not using one with her either lol

But when i notice him wanting to self soothe after a few months i may let him use it to avoid him using his fingers because thats a tougher habit to break.

Ill be breastfeeding so Aiden wont have one either, to avoid nipple confusion.

originally I chose not to because they said don't introduce it for at least 6 weeks if breastfeeding so I didn't there were times we tried but she just didn't like them I guess she only likes my nipples lmao so I'd say don't introduce it they can't miss something they don't have !
