Possibly back contractions. If you're worried, call your OB. There are all sorts of weird pains in the last few weeks. I've been dealing with back contractions all week & can actually feel effacement... plus baby girl is punching my pelvis.

@cubanese, @abaigealleigh it feels like period like cramps...round ligament pain I get mostly on my back...

You may be feeling effacement. Not everyone does, but it's possible.
