they did the first time pelvic exam just now...um that hurt a lot! and I refused for another nurse to check... the nurse didn't feel baby coming....it kinda also triggered a ptsd moment for some reason.... I'm scared now.... :/ does it get less painful?

:( I tried I've had a pap smear but they used those separators or whatever and it didn't hurt so bad.... why don't they do that at the hospital? Dr gave me hydro one time.... I don't like narcos

It always sucks and always feels unnatural. But if you're tense and anxious, it does tend to make it worse 😞 try to relax 😓
