White noise is just a sound of nothing basically it works brilliantly. You tube it and there's a 10 hour video of it! Worked wounders for us

I have a 14 month old who is the exact same but only on me won't sleep for anyone else at all if you wanna brake the habit I suggest doing it asap my little girl just can't sleep any other way God help me when no2 is here xx

@lauren1996, No it's true, your right about white nose. White nose creates the same nose baby hears from the womb so it's comforting. You can get apps that play white nose or buy toys with white noise. xx

My baby has a seahorse that plays lullabies and lights up, she has to have that every night for bed. My 2y lg has a scout teddy that plays music for 15mins that works for her

Have you tried playing white noise, putting a t shirt of yours that you've warn next to her, is she too hot or cold? Or would she benefit from a dummy
