water, walking, calorie counting. no juice, soda, kool aid or anything to sugary....I lost 35 pounds in 2 1/2 months...I did 30 mins of zumba from my phone on YouTube and walked 30 mins a day..try it and see how it works for you.

same girl I was 135 before babies , I got pregnnat with my first , gained 70 lbs saggy tits and stretch marks , 2 months post baby got pregg again and gained the 20 lbs I lost .. so I been fat and self conscious for 2 years now. unhappy ..now I'm working on it. but I deff feel u

before I had my baby I was 140lbs and perky breast no stomach and now I'm 175lbs saggy breast and fat stomach and I can't stand it @mrsmord
