Yeah she was like if I do eat it then cook the meat til it's steaming but it's best to avoid period. I haven't had much of an appetite for heavy food either

I've had deli meat from day one, it's hard for me to really eat cooked food. I'm sure the doc means anything that isn't really cooked through I guess...but I've been good so far. Very normal pregnancy, but I say listen to your doctor.

What kind of sandwich? I've been wanting panera but my doc said stay away from the deli
