I've realized when my son takes a shitty nap both times that he's over tired and the only way to get his nap in is if I have him cry it out..I hate it and it's so stressful but it has to be done 😕

I had to do it the other night when my son woke up at midnight wanting to play. he wouldn't go back to sleep, so he cried it out and went back to bed.
