•RANT• i'm getting really aggravated with my husbands work. He's due for a promotion, and has been for months. My daughter is almost a year old, and once the holidays pass, I'd like to start trying for baby number two. The thing is, I'm not about to bring another child into this world until we buy a house. This three bedroom rental is okay for our small family of three (plus all the guests we have all the time.), but, once a second child is here, I know we will need more space. Plus, I want to do what I want with my home. I'm sick of renting. I'm working two days a week for fun, but i know once I have two little ones, I'll be done with working for good. At least until my oldest starts school. Bottom line, though, is we can't afford to buy a new home until he gets this promotion. And, it's not like he doesn't deserve it, he's been told multiple times that we are just waiting for a new location (so he can run that store.). Plussss, I need a new car. I've been driving the same car since I was 18 years old! That's 9 years! This promotion will come with a company BMW for him, and then we can sell both ours and get a nice SUV. I know we will need a bigger vehicle if we have two kids. Ughhh, maybe I'm just being whiny, but, I want all our ducks in a row before I try for baby number two.
