Everyone's physical ability is different. I walked everyday for at least 3 miles right up until I went into labor (came home from a walk and 2 hours later was in labor) I was 39w and 5d. With my second I didn't have as much time but I did spin, elliptical, and walked on the treadmill til about 34 weeks when I started dilating and having false labor and my doctor put me on moderate bedrest

my gf walked about 4 to 6 miles a day from 36w til 40w
